AOA UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP

Postby Ageofaquariums » Fri 18 Sep, 2015 2:20 pm

Dear RTAW friends

There has been a change of ownership of The Age of Aquariums, which happened quite quickly.

The new owners are diligently trying to fulfill a backlog of pre paid orders as quickly as possible, along with processing and fulfilling new orders.

Please be patient, we are doing our very best to maintain the efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service you have come to expect from The Age of Aquariums.

Thank you,

Josh, Dean, Terri
and the AOA Team.

I've bought more quality products from AOA than any other online store out there. I've been away for a few years but back into the hobby now and was a little upset with my first big order back taking longer than a month to get to me (my current order is quite late too), but this all makes sense now!

So sincerely, I'd like to wish you guys the best of luck! I'm looking forward to many more years of buying stuff from your online store.

This explains a lot, I really hope the wait of 3.5 months (and counting) on my current order is just a one off during the change over.
My previous dealings with AoA have been great.
