Centropyge for RS130

Postby Jase4224 » Sat 29 Apr, 2017 6:03 pm

Hi guys,

Been a long time since I've been around but still have my RS130 that I'm setting up again for a simple softy/LPS/maybe some halimeda. I have a small Lime wrasse that's going in and probably going to get a yellow coral goby also.

Just looking for opinions on whether I can add a small angel fish as well? I don't mind if the corals get nipped a bit.

I love the flame back angel from Africa but not sure if they are available in Oz or how much they would cost.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Only get that if you don't like your goby. They may compete for hiding places and the angel *WILL* win.

Is it the look you are after? What type of fish are you trying to get to finish the look of your tank? A free swimmer? A bright fish?

Yeah, they show up every couple months. Price can be a bit variable. Prolly in the $200 - $300 range ATM.

I've kept flame backs and yellow coral gobys together without issue.

Hi Aydee, I'm looking for a free swimming 'show piece' fish that will stand out but not outgrow my small tank. Only want three fish max with the other two remaining small.

Saltydog thanks for that info that puts the flame back out of my reach price wise so will need to consider something else.

Any suggestions?
