Lobophora algae

Postby squeakyzee » Sat 22 Aug, 2015 2:40 pm

Hey guys and girls,

I'm having a problem with Lobophora algae on my rock work atm it started on one piece which I removed an replaced with base rock. All other rock was clear of it but I've noticed the other day I've got small amounts of growth starting on the other rock which was with the original affected piece. Which I was crossing my fingers wouldn't happen but this a reefing lyf :wall:

I'd prefer not to remove more rock as my tank is finally running nicely and corals are set in place.
Has anyone else had the horrid algae in their tank before? And have u managed to kill it with out removing rock work?
