This will be helpful for all who are intending to purchase from Aquabella.
If unsure of the ethics or reliability of the service , this post will be transparent for all .

Nicks customer service is second to none.

He is willing to go over and above to help customers
One very happy one here I would recommend him 100%

Well I have to say I'm very happy with Nick and his products and support. He always replays to your PM's (usually withing 5min) and gives great advice to new reefers like me who keep pestering him with questions :)
If you're thinking of upgrading to RE products, this is the way to go!

I recently purchased a skimmer and return pump from Aquabella and must say I have nothing but praise for Nick.
His customer service was second to none with my dozens of PM's being answered within the hour every time.
Both the skimmer and pump were packed extremely well and delivered quickly.

I bought my rd pump from AQUABELLA ( Nick ). Very impressive service and honest opinion and Best thing is the Australian warranty you get from Sick. (Not that you will be needing it ). :roflmao:

Purchased a replacement RD3 speedy skimmer pump after it burnt out.

Good communication and good shipping.

If I ordered RE again I would use nick.

Are you running this pump on your Deltec?
Didn't think you owned a RE skimmer

No im not.

My best mate is, he could not afford the pump as he cannot have kids and trying for IVF.

he got me into the hobby so I got him the replacement for him as a gift.

He got it from sewatec.

But thanks maury for your concern.

I recently purchased a double cone 250 skimmer, and a rd3 speedy return pump from Nick at aquabella. I have to say he has done an amazing job in revitalizing the name of royal exclusive, his service is amazing and he has really helped make RE a contender in aus again!.
As far as the product goes, It was very well packaged, and the quality is great. i didnt think i could be so excited about a piece of equipment.
I couldn't recommend nick more, Cant wait for the new sumps to come in...

After making my purchase from Nick I would have to say he is one of the most honest aquarium product dealers in the country with the best service and top quality equipment.
Having been to Nicks house he has so many spares for his customers on hand which is a very reassuring thing when you buy high end equipment at a great price.

Keep up the good work and products Nick.

Recently bought a 80W Speedy pump, very happy with the purchase.
Nick is a great bloke to deal with, very direct and honest with the pricing.
And not to mention a very fast shipping :)...
Thinking of buying another Speedy for my Deltec skimmer :)
And to think all these is to prepare for when my 8 ft by 3 ft by 2 ft getting build :))

I have been using a RE double cone 200 RE3 pump for just over a month now. below is outline of experience to date

Sales experince - first class
After sales support - so far I have been amazed on the after sales support, ensuring i am happy with product - above and beyond
packaging - packed so well
manufacturing - flawless german engineering
performance - easily tuned, and without doubt heads and shoulders any other skimmer i have owned.

All in all i am a very happy customer and glad i made to switch to royalty :devil:

Nick quickly and thoroughly responded to all of my questions (there were heaps :roflmao: ) and was very quick to get all my gear out to me once I made my decision. More than happy to recommend the service to anyone who wants some top of the line gear at great prices.

Happy customer and the Royal Exclusiv double cone 250 with RD-3 Speedy is awesome very impressed with quality and performance, would recommend to any one
and Nick with a customer service like Apple, call me 2 weeks after i got the skimmer to check how it was.

Second time customer now and still shocked at how absolutely fantastic Nick is..
Honestly I would never have even thought about getting a RD3 return pump but Nick was awesome and helped me make it happen.
Quality in these products is amazing I'm yet to fire both the skimmer and return up but they just look and feel excellent.

Recently purchased a skimmer through Nick. Ordered on a Thursday night, it was on it's way Friday, and on Monday I was carded saying I'd missed delivery. Couldn't be happier!

Hi all, recently purchased custom dreambox with matching skimmer from nick. Communication was great during the whole process with all requests being accommodated. Cannot fault the service.

Along with the great service, the quality of these products is second to none, you will not be disappointed. :talker:

Thumbs up to Nick from Aquabella.He has gone out of his way to help me with a warrenty issue on a Red Dragon Pump purchased before he became the authorised RE dearler..I can't thank him enough. :cheers:
