To add the photos, have you signed up to photobucket or similar?

This should help:

and as a bit of an update these are the only fish i have left after quarintining them for whitespot not happy :(
i bought a spotted sweetlip about 2 months ago that i didnt quarintine out of the 'shell be right' because i didnt want to run a 3rd tank,
in introducing the sweetlip i had to shut down my temperate 4 foot with critters ive caught such as a cuttlefish, scats and mono's :furious: (mum and dad weren't happy)
and invest in another 3 foot tank to quarinine all the fish out of the display. this process cost the lives of my yellow-bar maroon clown, the emperor angel, asfur angel :bawling: and the sweetlips. And as what everybody says its times like these that make you wanna get out of the hobby. but its all good! still got the 3 amigos that are pictured.
Thanks for reading everyone
ill post some full tank and sump photos later. (thanks for the help angie for the pics)

 Andy

:-s his tail is split from when i accidentally aquascaped on him a few years back :konk:

also he can get scratched up from burrying at night and broken pipi shells. :)

but nothing too serious theyre a tough fish.

Hi Laura,
Image

Its overduue for a spring clean :)
Dreading cleaning the sump..

And i thought id show some pics of them eating the other day in natural light without the fluro's on.
Image
Image
:roflmao: its the edge of the vlamingis eye its not cloudy i swear... hes goofy when he eats pipis :)
Image
I love the Blue Devils big eyes to bits!!

And just incase you guys thought i might be kidding here are my late angels that passed from WS :(
Image
Image
There was never any aggression between them just a grunt here and there from the emperor when the asfur went for his pipi :)
And the cuttle that was in my 4ft temperate he passed when i went away for a week and the salinity went through the roof,
Here he is eating a snapping shrimp, dad loved the prawns and shrimp in the tank and day by day he's wondering hmmmm why are there now 9 prawns not 10 and so on :roflmao:
but it was the most interesting animal hard to find in the day when it was burried and all you could see was the eyes.

Thanks for reading everyone

Just an update to show a to do list that id like to achieve this year hopefully sooner rather than later, :)

# I would like to replace the 3 powerheads with 1 or 2 but unaware of what kind (open to suggestions) due to the fact that it doesnt need
to be too fancy in terms of controllers or wave making.

# FINALLY invest in an ro/di unit and auto top off so i can top up the tank with a reliable water source.

# Join MASS

# And get another angel! once all of the above is completed the tank will be a bit more reliable and id love to get another pomacanthus angel. But i have
a question for you guys, and that is do you think my tank is overstocked at the moment? considering the full size of the clown coris, vlamingi and blue devil? ?
(hopefully im going fine for the police :cop: )

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated as pumps, plumbing and ro/di isn't my specialty

Hope everyone had a great xmas and new year and all the best for 20legs

 Andy

Another update to show where things are at.

I have done some much overdue cleaning of the whole system and the same time gave it a new aquascape.

im in the mist of researching some powerheads and a RO-DI unit at this stage.

Finally i have joined MASS aswell.

now afer all that the other day the fluros finally decided to call it a day :wall: so im going to change the starters in them and blow out the insides

with my compressor to free up any dirt or salt and hope this works. lighting the system now is the 4ft light from my temperate system and i have an old 3ft

light keeping the 4ft fish happy.

as far as fish and the fish list well i really got no hope coz most of them i havent seen for ages and that they grow to 30cm +

i was lucky as a couple of weeks ago i finally found a juvi ring tail tang Acanthurus blochii which i have been looking for quite some time.

thought id show my fish list just so you guys know what fish im into not really a fan of alot of colour, but i do like to aquascape for my fish and base my tank

around the ones that i house.

well there is only really 3 fish that id like to house in the future when i can provide nicer conditions before forking out some $$$

and they would be 2 of my favourite angels the Scribbled Angel Chaetodontoplus duboulayi and the Grey angel Pomacanthus arcuatus

and a Spanish Hogfish Bodianus rufus all other fish on my list im lucky enough to own :) but wouldnt throw in these 3 in with them no way :roflmao:

enough of the chat, thought id cram some more fish pics in and a fts with some awesome lighting. :grump:

the new addition,
Image
and some dodgy pics with flash camera skills aren't all the best
Image
Image
Image
and a fts.
Image
without the hood and with the temporary light.

Thanks for taking the time to read!

Thanks Bree it was awesome for the year and half i had it, a beaut little creature. demanding but

ill have to load up some photos soon, the vlamingis bump and streamers are getting bigger and the coris and devil are getting bluer! :nut:

the ring tail is going solid too and is nice, fat and healthy.

the other day at low tide got a bunch of mangrove crabs from grays point and put them in after lights out when the coris was burried..

didnt see the tank for the next day till i got home from tafe and it looked like a war zone hes a good aquascaper :roflmao:

:roflmao: this should win slowest tj ever jamie, man im a hypocrite :wall:

If anyone is still following my tank, its undergone a massive change, i have had some personal problems early to mid last year and made the decision to shut it down as i didnt want to neglect it , it wouldnt have been fair on my fish.

this tank is now running again, and planning for a bigger and better tank has begun, at the moment its inhabitants are Angelfish :-x i have a Queen, French, Ear Spot, and Lamarks. when i can find my camera ill load up some pics of these guys, yeah im a true slacker :roflmao:

if your still tuned in thanks for looking,

my photo skills arent really the best but I have a few more snaps I'll throw some more up
Since the last upload of snaps the ear spot angel has really changed in the face showing more blue around the mouth, the change in pomacanthus angels is unique and fascinating in each individual :-x
