Tunze 7094 Multicontroller

Postby AndrewL » Mon 01 Jul, 2013 9:47 pm

Hi,

I'm thinking of upgrading my 'old school' Tunze 6000 pumps to 6105s. Can the the 6105s be run off my original 7094 multicontroller?

Cheers

Based on this site http://saltycritter.com/tunze/tunze-controller.htm - you should be fine. Note - this site was only selected because Google seemed to suggest that it would answer my question :)

I had a look at the website and couldn't see a reference to the 7094

Tunze 7091, 7095, and 7096 controllers are only compatible with Tunze controllable Stream DC pumps models 6055, 6000, 6100, 6200, 6101, 6201, 6301, 6105, 6205, 6305 as well as other non stream Tunze controllable pumps.

New Functions on the Tunze Multicontroller 7095 vs the older 7094
-waterproof membrane on housing
-LED moonlight with 29-day moonphase
-two interval functions for tidal current control with alternating on/off switch
-display of the capacity of the pump connected

So, given that the 6105's will run off the 7095 controller, and the difference between the 7095 and the older 7094 controller appear to be minor, I assumed that the 6105's would run off a 7094 controller - that was my logic anyway :)

I am reasonably certain that any Tunze DC controllable pump would operate off the 7094 controller.

Hi Andrew.

All Tunze electronic pumps dating back from the start will work with your 7094 controller.
