I knew I should have! I am currently without a personal laptop, so im having to use a work computer. Are there any websites for photo editing?

Probably is. You can also get apps for phones that can do some basic stuff like that too.

if the work PC has MS Office, you can "open with" -> MS Picture Manager (aka MS Office 2010) then do some basic edit functions.
