Wonderful shot. Really well done. Only thing I would pick is that the background is a little overexposed.

thanks guys, was my first attempt at layering an image with gimp, surprisingly easy, though it took about 20 go's shooting before i got a sequence that looked good.
yeah, i had a bit of trouble with exposure, if i wound up the shutter speed it darkened the foreground too much.. i couldn't seem to find a combination iso/shutter/aperture that did the trick, any hints?
maybe wind up the shutter and use a flash?

Best idea there would be to change the location and background. You have a large range of brightness there, better if you even things out more.
